In order to be attractive to both types of fans, many brands decide on a parallel approach:

  • Part of the merchandise keeps the original logo 
  • Launch a line of merchandise with a fresh, modernized logo

Together we have to develop new fresh variations of the Bonzai Records (Bonzai Music) logo for NFT & merchandising! 

T-shirts with new logos are available in the Bonzai store. Look closely at the description, and you will discover why it is more than just a T-shirt.

The first T-shirts were available already on Legacy Festival Belgium 2023. If you miss it, don’t worry the online shop is available 24/7.  

There is a simple 3-step process that was very helpful in the process:

  1. Clear input what are the core elements that have to stay 
  2. Never change the brand colors 
  3. Work on the lines and shadows to get a modern look 

If you compare the original logo with the actual one, you will notice 

  • Change in font 
  • Dot circle instead of 3 lines around the three
  • Retro yellow between the rays of the rising sun

The result that makes all of us happy is that all the merchandise was sold out during the festival, and fans proudly wore the new T-shirts.
